My aim is to make the ordering process as easy as possible, giving you confidence in perhaps a once in a lifetime decision to order an instrument that will carry you through your career as a performer or that will be with you as a constant companion in your life making music.

Before ordering I like to discuss some aspects of the guitar that I will be building for you, the choice of timbers, neck shape and string widths, and your musical needs from a guitar.

Once we are satisfied after our dialogue then a €500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order and place you in my books. This can be paid either into bank accounts in the UK or Spain, or with a card using Paypal online, or even in cash.       

On commencing construction of the guitar, I ask for a further €1000, and the balance is payable on completion. You can either come to the workshop in Spain to collect or I can send your guitar to you safely by courier at cost.

My waiting list is approximately 1 year, sometimes more or less. I will advise at the point of commission the expected delivery time.

I offer a 10% discount to official full-time guitar college students. (proof of attendance required)   

My refund policy: The client has 7 days to evaluate the guitar. If in the event the guitar does not meet expectations then I will refund in full normally within a timescale of 1 month (minus the non-refundable deposit and any return shipping charges).

* I guarantee my guitars for a lifetime regarding any defective materials. However, dents and cracks caused by accidents or misuse are not covered, nor is damage caused by low or high humidity.
